Helen Marie was born in Athens, Greece, in 1983 to Greek-American parents. She completed her studies up until secondary education in a British school in Athens, then moved on to complete a Bachelor degree in Politics, and further post-graduate study in Economics in Southampton, United Kingdom. After seven years, two degrees, new musical fundamentals and knowledge she returned to the homeland and began to pursue another love of hers: Writing.

Travel related content:
She has been the content developer for  Passion for Greece, a social travel platform with great emphasis on the visual trend. Discover, Explore and Share remarkable places, activities and things to do in Greece. The mission is to deliver a fresh approach on how travelers create, organize and consume tourism experiences, engaging prospective tourists as well as ones already on holiday, and thus promoting our beloved Greece all over the world.

Additionally, she has written many travel articles which have been featured in collaborators’ travel websites.

Currently working on Traveling Greek, luxury travel blog on all things related to luxury lifestyle and insider’s tips in Athens and the rest of Greece.

Hospitality content:
In terms of the hospitality sector, she has undertaken various projects for hotel website content.

Personal content: 
She is drawn to the works of Poe, Lovecraft, Stoker, Orwell and Huxley to name a few. Inspired by some truly venturesome dreams which she attempts to put in words, she has written a selection of prose, verse/lyrics, & short stories which you will find in the respective sections of this website.

Music related content:
Her time in the UK proved a great learning curve in many aspects, but most of all it broadened her horizon on the subject of Music. Now, she never misses a chance to discover music talent whenever she gets the chance. Combining her love of music with her love for writing, she became a content creator and editor for various online music magazines. She is a contributing author to Burst Magazine, and Afternoiz.com that features music, album and artist reviews, among others.
